Venus is a small rocky planet, which is covered by lava flows and has several volcanoes ( Sif Mons). There also are craters, on the surface, that are bunched up together becuase of meteors breaking up into the atmosphere. The surface is very dry

Venus is really really bright, because of reflected sunlight, which is why it is called the morning and evening star.  The planet is surrounded by clouds.
