On Venus the atmosphere is always cloudy.  There is never a sunny day on Venus.  The clouds on Venus are partly made up of sulfuric acid.  The pressure of the atmosphere is 90 times greater than Earth's atmosphere.

Venus has the hottest atmosphere out of all our planets in our solar system becuase of the greenhouse effect.  The greenhouse effect is the process of when heat is trapped by the atmosphere.  On Venus, carbon dioxide traps the heat in the atmosphere, so it doesn't escape.  This course of action causes the temperature of Venus rise to 460 degrees Celcius.
